The Practice
Bellathia Psychiatry, LLC provides psychiatric evaluations for the treatment and diagnosis of adult mental health and substance use disorders to include potential medication management, laboratory and diagnostic monitoring, individual psychotherapy in conjunction with medication management, physician referrals, education and partnership with patients on the development of treatment plans and continued follow up care as necessary. We are a psychiatric/mental health office which offers only telepsychiatry services at this time. Telepsychiatry involves the use of video-conferencing equipment and technology in order to provide treatment for mental health illnesses. This option provides availability of services to patients who live in remote and rural areas, who otherwise would not have access to specialized care. Telepsychiatry does not provide emergency and/or crisis services for patients who may be suffering from serious mental health illnesses. Any patients who may be in the midst of a crisis or medical emergency are encouraged to seek local emergency services to include the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 800-273-8255.

"No Surprises Act" of 2022
What is this, and how does it apply to me?
This Act requires that medical offices, such as Bellathia Psychiatry, LLC; provide “good faith estimates” for scheduled services for uninsured or self-pay clients.
*This does not apply to insured patients who are utilizing their health insurance coverage.
This Act requires that medical providers post any services provided in a public forum (such as a website) and in clear, understandable language also post fees associated with these services for uninsured or self-pay clients.
Therefore, please note the following as our “good faith estimate” for services provided:
New patient evaluation (self-pay, uninsured clients only): $250
Follow up visits (self-pay, uninsured clients only): $130
